Standard Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Golden Strike Limited (“the Company”), the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Payment Terms
- Invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments incur an interest fee of 10% of the outstanding balance. Services may be suspended without prior notice for overdue payments.
- Payments overdue for 60 days or more will be referred to a debt recovery agency. All associated costs, including legal fees, will be borne by the client.
3. Taxation and Withholding
- Clients are responsible for any withholding taxes or similar obligations under local legislation. The full invoice amount remains due to Golden Strike Limited, excluding any deductions for local tax requirements.
4. Service Delivery
- Golden Strike Limited commits to delivering high-quality services within agreed timeframes. However, obligations are best-effort commitments and not guaranteed results.
- The Company is not liable for third-party claims related to the client’s end-consumer disputes.
5. Claims and Notifications
- Any claims or disputes must be submitted in writing within 8 days of service delivery. Written notifications should be sent via recorded delivery to the Company’s registered office.
6. Confidentiality
- Golden Strike Limited ensures all client information is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Company’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. It is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from its services.
8. Force Majeure
- The Company is not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or technical disruptions.
9. Governing Law
- All agreements are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and disputes will be subject to Hong Kong courts.
